Due to weather forecasts that are predicting record-cold conditions this Wednesday, January 30th, DC Recycling Systems will be closed. There will be no service for municipal residential and commercial hauling routes on Wednesday. We will reopen on Thursday and provide service through Saturday. We expect to be caught up by the end of the day on Saturday as long as the landfills and other disposal facilities are open.
- If your regular collection day is on Wednesday, you will be serviced on Thursday, January 31st.
- If your regular collection day is Thursday, you will be serviced on Friday, February 1s.t
- If your regular collection day is Friday, you will be serviced on Saturday, February 2nd.
